This definately falls into the "Brownie, you're doing a fine job" file.

This does not surprise me in the least, with Petraeus' being at the helm. Another failure of a human being being promoted to the top.

2. That's what happens when you fire anyone that makes any sense.
All you're left with is "yes" men who can't do anything but fail because you've limited their options to following a failed leader's orders.
