Pennsylvania voters give New York Sen. Hillary Clinton a narrow advantage in a potential presidential-election matchup with former New York City Mayor Rudolph Giuliani, a new poll shows. The Quinnipiac University Poll indicates 45 percent of Pennsylvanians would vote for Democrat Clinton and 44 percent would vote for Republican Giuliani. In a similar poll taken two months ago, Clinton and Giuliani were in a dead heat, with each holding 45 percent of the vote.
In other possible 2008 presidential matchups in Pennsylvania:
Giuliani would defeat Illinois Sen. Barack Obama (D), 45 percent to 39 percent;
Clinton would top former Tennessee Sen. Fred Thompson (R), 50 percent to 38 percent; and
