And this is what it said: Seabiscuit was the "blue-collar" horse and it was unpopular because it was short and unattractive. But in the end, it was "the little horse who carried it's fellow underdogs into history."
2. I went to a riding camp for girls for years. He was our hero.
Every girl in camp knew all about Seabiscuit. We knew all about the great race horses but just loved this little guy and I am not sure why now. He was just the little engine that could I guess. I think he was 18 when he died. Man of war was I think 31 when he died and had many that raced near as good as he, that he sired. Brings me back to early 1940's
