It's official: The Republican Party is as popular as peeing in the shower
Edited on Wed Aug-15-07 03:52 PM by Stop Cornyn
Another excellent report from The Pew Research Center for the People and the Press confirms that the Republican Party's popularity has plummeted during the past decade to a 42% favorability rating (for comparison, the Democratic Party's favorability rating is 55%, and the 13% higher number for the Democrats is the biggest advantage we've enjoyed since 1992):

Since 42% of Americans have a favorable opinion of the Republican Party, I offer this perspective on what 42% of Americans are like:

42% of Americans pee in the shower.
42% of Americans have doubts about whether there is a God.
42% of Americans have sex on the job.
42% of Americans think Mexicans are honest.
42% of Americans wouldn't mind living in Canada (no polling on whether that's the same 42% who trust Mexicans; I suspect it may be).

PS -- In the "dog bites man" non-news story of the day, this same poll confirms that people who watch Faux Noise don't really like the news media:

1. 42% pee in the shower and the other 58% sing a funny song.
Do you know the name of that song?

2. But the Repukes are still more popular than the 110th Congress...
...stacked with turncoat Democrats and Bushista ass-kissers.

3. Heee hee. (And Note to Mods)
Note to mods: this post was posted twice, which happens all the time. Why don't you guys take like a digest (like md5) of the text in each post when its submitted, and check it against the digests of the last 30 or so posts made? It wouldn't take much memory to hold that list, and it would prevent exact dupes.
