3. I think you're on to the "root cause" of the surges failure.

Bullets are a LOT more effestive if you fire them rather than throw the ammo by hand. They look to be in great shape so maybe they were just "tossed".

and brought them home.. a FIRED bullet would look nothing like that..

and if our soldiers are throwing bullets by hand, then we have a bigger problem than we all thought :eyes:

Gunpowder's expensive and it takes money to maintain all the M-4s. Far better to give the Iraqis the opportunity to kill themselves without the need for gunfire from their liberators. They should be grateful we're giving them this option. We could achieve maximal and rapid liberation by simply nuking them, after all.

And since we're probably going to kill each of them sooner or later, they might as well cooperate and get it over with.
