Bill Moyers on Rove (This will make you wish the doughy fat fuck was capable of feeling shame)
"Karl Rove figured out a long time ago that the way to take an intellectually incurious draft-averse naughty playboy in a flight jacket with chewing tobacco in his back pocket and make him Governor of Texas, was to sell him as God's annointed in a state where preachers and televangelists outnumber oil derricks and jack rabbits. Using church pews as precincts Rove turned religion into a weapon of political combat - a battering ram aimed at the devil's minions, especially at gay people."
"It's so easy, as Karl knew, to scapegoat people you outnumber, and if God is love, as rumor has it, Rove knew that in politics you better bet on fear and loathing. Never mind that in stroking the basest bigotry of true believers you coarsen both politics and religion."

Damn, if anyone of the moral stature of a Bill Moyers ever wrote something like that about me, I would crawl under a rock and stay there. But sadly, as we all know, neither Rove nor any other sociopathic member of this unspeakable cabal is wired like a normal human being.

2. Karl Rove did manage to ruin the gov't. and the church.....
I think the reason so many people appear to be anti-Christian is that they relate Christianity now to dirty politics, lies and hypocrisy. (Certainly Christian Evangelism). He's given both government and religion a bad name. And now, after all the damage he's done, he gets to run from it all while he hatches plans for his next targets.
