1. I can see not paying for removing surgical instruments/sponges
But not falls by demented patients...nurses can't do private duty and stay in patient's rooms 24/7. Bed sores...maybe preventable. Infections due to bladder catheters, happens. But patient is clean and dry...which leads to fewer bedsores...go figure. IV catheters...need to be changed on a regular basis.
