Niki Tsongas for Congress!

In the upcoming special election to replace former Rep. Marty Meehan (D-MA) in Massachusetts’s 5th congressional district, a SurveyUSA poll finds Niki Tsongas well-positioned to win the Democratic primary and presumably a shoo-in for the general election. Tsongas leads with 38%, followed by Lowell City Councilor Eileen Donoghue, at 16%, State Representative Barry R. Finegold, at 14%, and State Representative Jamie Eldridge at 13%

Niki is saying she is not a "legacy" candidate, and disagreed with Paul on some topics, but it will be nice to see a Tsongas back in Washington.

...and I wholly agree it would be nice to see the name Tsongas back in the headlines!:thumbsup:
