I donated this quarter and THEN took a small break

Not that anyone noticed, but I come back and have to wonder WHAT HAPPENED during the few days of my sabbatical?
Was there a major flamewar or what?

I will AVOID those threads...not seek them out.:D

I read a thread on porn to my husband, and his comment was, "There are some sick puppies out there. Hope they get into therapy soon." So yeah, it got pretty strange.

Oh yeah, and there were two threads mocking modest clothes for women. Apparently one faction here believes women should all dress in miniskirts with spike heels and crop tops, while another faction says not all women look good or feel comfortable wearing such provocative clothing and get a life, a woman in this country has the right to wear long dresses if she wants. It even got into dissing Amish and Mennonites--the Amish part was really funny, as they don't use electricity or the internet, and won't even know we were squabbling about them.

I am trying to leave again but will explain more in email.

some very repugnant comments on those threads. Also Kucinich and Clinton threads have gotten a bit rough.

Must be late summer and primary season.

What ever you do, don't tell Hillary fanatics they can go to hell. ;) There is NO flame retardant tough enough.
