A Return of the Heartfelt Blessings

*(I am not Kate - but post her heartfelt blessings here - love, helderheid)

After a long hiatus, a return of the daily and/or weekly Heartfelt
Blessings has finally been made possible. Words cannot express how
delighted I am to be back and I want to personally thank all of the
thousands of subscribers who have written expressing concern. I
also want to apologize for not responding sooner and ask for both
your understanding and your forgiveness.

To briefly explain my absence without undue focus on the past,
let me just say it began with an explosion and ended with a cancer
scare. In-between the time was significantly colored by a badly
disabled shoulder and a defunct computer. It was, you could say, one of
those periods in my life where shift not only happened, it happened
repeatedly. And it is the reason why the sending out of the daily
blessings ended so abruptly three months ago without notice or
preamble.

It was most certainly a stressful time, but far more importantly,
it was also a blessed time. Looking back now, I consider it to have
been my own personal invitation to change my life for the better.
As Robert Holden suggests in his book, "Shift Happens" it
was an internal memo reading "EMPTY - recharge yourself!" Taking
Holden's advice, I considered the dramatic changes in my life to be
neither punishment nor weakness, but simply vital information
pertinent to my own personal life path. I decided to listen.

Escaping in both body and mind to a quiet retreat where I could
heal, rethink, rebuild and rejuvenate, I emerged from my state of
shift stronger, surer and wonderfully excited both about moving
forward and returning to my work.
