Poll question: Do repug outings help the democratic party win elections?

Remember last year, there was one outing after another. It seemed as though those outings resonated more than Bush's Iraq fiasco.

1. Other--it might, locally or regionallly, supress the fundie vote, and most fundies vote GOP. NT

Of course it doesn't answer the moral question of whether or not that prices is too high to pay.

The outing of bigoted, hypocritical Republickers definitely harms the Republick Party, by exposing the extent of their hypocricy. Whether it helps the Democrats... it can, but only if the Democrats have the gonads to actually make use of the situation. It is no excuse to sit on one's incumbency and continue to ignore the constituency while taking sanctioned bribes from corporate interests.

5. Outing republicans although exposes hypocrisies will not effect elections

The people who vote for these criminally insane hypocrites are too stupid to realize that they vote against everything the candidate preaches and against their (the voter) own best interest.

Because the talking heads frame the elections and republican voters follow along with what ever their endeared evening newscast anchor told them was right.
