Stop The Madness-There Is No Constitutional Right To Peep
Edited on Fri Aug-31-07 11:34 AM by DemocratSinceBirth
Nobody has a right to enter a public restroom , peer through a series of closed bathroom doors while people are presumably defecating or urinating in an attempt to find one ready, willing, and able sexual partner...In their attempt to find that one partner they have trampled over the right of privacy of everybody in that restroom...

It's no different than the government monitoring our phone calls, reading our overseas letters, and looking at our e-mails... The only difference is the government is ostensibly trying to find evil doers while the Peeping Tom is trying to find a "date"...

And if one more person brings up orientation I am going to have an apoplectic fit...

3. Thanks for the voice of sanity
It was quite a shock this morning to log on and see the number of people defending the lying hypocritical asshole, especially since be plead guilty already.

5. I Feel Like I'm In "Alice In Wonderland"
The notion that a person can go into a restroom or dressing room , where people are in various stages of being undressed and engaging in intimate functions, and start checking everybody out until he or she finds someone he or she digs and digs and that person digs him or her is preposterous...

6. No kidding. If that happened to me...
I would make sure the c*&ksucker had an easier time from then on out by making his face as flat as the door of the stall.

That way his nose and brow wouldn't get in the way.

He could get right up close and personal.

I just cannot understand the apologists crying around here.

13. I have nothing against public sex of any sort. As a matter of fact....
I have engaged in quite a bit of it (of the straight varietal) myself. I think it is a blast to fuck in parks and at beaches and in the backs of cars on the freeway, etc.

But I do have a problem with the idea of some asswipe repeatedly, and at length, peering into my restroom stall.

And as far as Carlson goes, I imagine he wouldn't mind giving ol' Larry a whirl. I don't believe for one second that crap that foams out of his mouth. In my opinion, he is as hypocritical as the 'pubs. The late, great Tom Snyder once told me that Tuck is gay.

7. I agree ...
when you are in public, society has the right to regulate your behavior to protect others (while observing fundamental rights). One does not have a fundamental right to assault others (put them in fear of an offensive or harmful contact).

8. DSB, you hate...
perverts, it seems.

So do I; yet it appears WE have to defend our tight to a degree of privacy in a bathroom.

10. I'm Not As Even Creeped Out About The Public Sex
Edited on Fri Aug-31-07 02:34 PM by DemocratSinceBirth
I once walked into a department store restroom after two guys were getting busy in one stall... I just hightailed out of there...

But if I'm on the can and somebody is checking me out through a crack in the door my immediate options are limited...

I don't want to be checked out on the can be it by Bradd Pitt, Salma Hayek, or Abe Vigoda...

11. It Should Be Called The Craig Amendment
"There is no right to privacy in public restrooms or dressing rooms even if the occupant closes the door behind him or her."
