He engaged in antisocial (or extremely social) behavior. Some deviant acts have built-in punishments. If a public figure is going to behave like that in public, then he deserves the public humiliation of getting caught.

At the same time, what the hell was a cop doing staking out a bathroom stall?!

Craig did something really stupid and he deserves to be media fodder, but why is this a police matter? The "victim" was an undercover cop trolling for perverts. Craig is a pervert. Now we know.
