This is my first post, so hello! I came over from the Keith O. site, but they closed it down due to troll activity. Glad to see you are moderated. In response to this post...I have grown to expect Republicans to lie, but when a newscaster flubs the story (Lou Dobbs), that's just not right! Did Dobbs even apologize?

I also need some assistance - how does someone put a picture on their posting. Do you place an html code for the URL? Also, what's the signature line for and how do you use a .jpg for your signature? Thanks folks - just need to get used to a new format.

just paste it into your message where you want. I think some formats aren't supported here (bmp?)

We have our own Keith LOVE FEST group here. We EDV's can't get enough of him! You can find that Group from the main forum page under Groups.

As for a pic it is BB code not html, so substitute the < and > with < and > to get the pic to show.

I'm a BIG Keith fan, as are most of us here. I used to be among a minority who liked Lou Dobbs, but his smear of Pelosi has changed that.

Anyway, please let us know if and when Dobbs apologizes for his outrageous comments. I probably won't be watching him.

Just paste the html code for the image url in your post and
then post it.

The sig line is for whatever you want it for. Here we use
brackets [photobucket.com/image.jpg] instead of less
than/greater than symbols <photogbucket.com/image.jpg>.
Go to Options and then Edit Profile and it will explain how to
put the url in your sig line. I think there is a browse button
to click on. [p]

I think you are going to be very happy here.

As far as the picture goes, all of the explanations in the other posts are great...'cept I'm so technically challenged I 'aint got a clue what they mean....You can get an avatar easily enough though, in the upper left corner of the box....go to the top of the page, click on "Options", go to "change profile", and then to "avatar" and choose one.

You are obviously more technosavvy than I am, so maybe this isn't what you really want, but that's my two cents.:hi:
