That's the important thing.

The important day parts are 6AM to 10AM and 3PM to 7PM. Midday is important too, but these are the two biggies because people are listening in their cars and it's the time advertisers aim for. Weekends maybe a good time to give your public station a bump. It says you can include internet stations, but if you want your local AAR station to get credit, then don't include internet. Unless you're a big fan of say Mike Malloy, then be very specific and write his name & the source. The book doesn't give you much space - it's amazing that so much money rides on a mere little book and only a few select group gets it 4 times per year.

There's a small area for your comments -

The last time I did them, (I've done twice) I was disappointed in how little influence my efforts had on my AAR station and a new rock station I like. Country and Hip Hop rules on the FM side and sadly on the AM right-wing still rules, which is odd because as a market we tilt blue.

We were once a paper Arbitron viewer. This was many many years ago back when politics was not an important issue to me.

A lot of work and a lot of fudging on our part. We lost interest and got dropped. ha.
