I stumbled onto this website, by accident.. Hoo-Boy these are some pricey houses.. I guess I never realized that LA real estate prices existed in the "heartland"

Wonder if these are pre-crash prices ?

2. WAy off topic but fun - If Virginia is for lovers and Maryland is for crabs

then Washington DC., tucked in between the two, is for "crabby lovers". My late husband actually sent that in when DC was looking for a slogan. Of course he didn't win but I thought it was kinda clever.

3. Minnesota is loaded with property of that value. Think lakefront properties as well.

Also, we haven't seen much of a crash here, but the market IS slowing down quite a bit.
