20. I posted this to the Impeachment group but check it out:
PELOSI DECLINES RIDE IN OUR HELICOPTER

Today I managed to speak to the senior staff member in Nancy Pelosi's San Francisco office, and through him I invited Ms. Pelosi to occupy the fourth seat in our helicopter. After all, there is going to be a crowd of impeachment-impassioned folks right there in her constituency, and maybe this would be a perfect time for her to at least have a bird's eye view of them. When he said that Rep. Pelosi was not available that day, I invited him, the senior staff member himself, but he quickly said he was not available either -- in fact no one from Pelosi's office would be available that day. "So is this a dead end?" I asked. "Yes." End of curt, even icy, conversation. You know, I'm starting to get the impression that Pelosi and her staff really, really don't want a damned thing to do with impeachment. You get that feeling, too? -- Brad Newsham, organizer, Beach Impeach

9. I have a problem with referring to 67 year old
professional adult women as babies.

Especially when you don't use the term to refer to men.

21. I refer to my almost 50 year old husband as baby
I call all of my girlfriends baby when we greet each other. I consider it term of endearment so I would not consider it for nancy right now. Another B word comes to mind though. :eyes:

22. Honestly, baby is a unisex endearment
I refer to guys as baby quite often. I'm willing to say it's a regional thing and not all people use it as such, but I do use it for both sexes. I also use sweetie, honey and dear interchangeably on men and women I'm fond of.

29. You gave yourself away when you said that you used the term
with men as a term of endearment.

Read what you said about Nancy. You weren't using it as an endearment.

I gave myself away? I didn't say anything about Nancy.

I'm am completely and utterly lost as to what I did to offend you.

On edit: I think I may have figured it out. I think you're perhaps confusing me with lonestarnot? The names are similar enough I suppose that it would make sense.
