Anna's baby girl may be from sperm her husband had frozen before he died at 90
http://www.nydailynews.com/front/story/496332p-418242c.html

Anna Nicole Smith's death became even more bizarre than her life yesterday as a series of bombshell revelations uncovered an ever-growing web of sexual intrigue - including the startling claim that her late billionaire husband may be the father of her infant daughter.
The stunning disclosure comes in a no-holds-barred manuscript written by her half-sister Donna Hogan obtained exclusively by the Daily News.

Hogan alleges that her sister froze the sperm of 90-year-old J. Howard Marshall years ago, and believes she may have used it to become pregnant.

The revelation topped even the unseemly paternity suit that raged in a Los Angeles court less than 24 hours after Smith's death.

The former Playmate's live-in companion and her former boyfriend Larry Birkhead both claim they are the father of baby Dannielynn - the little girl who could inherit up to half of Marshall's $1.6 billion fortune.

2. That would be perfect.
It would quite nicely end the hopes of the leeches who are suddenly claiming to be the father.

3. Sis is saying that so the family gets the billions.
If the baby is from frozen sperm then it's very likely the court will make a member of Anna's family legal guardian of the child and they will get unfettered control of ALL THAT MONEY.

At least that's how sis hopes it will fall out.

4. I've made this crack before but
when it comes to fathers, there can only be One.

Testing will decide, not hopes and dreams.

5. Actually, I think the sister wrote that BEFORE Anna Nicole died.
Apparently she was writing a "tell-all" book to cash in on her sister's fame. If the baby is Howard Marshall's (and I doubt it), I can imagine she's going to have a very unhappy life.

7. They wouldn't have "unfettered control"
Someone would be named as trustee for that money & whoever has the child will have to account for what they use the funds for to that trustee.

10. In an earlier thread, I surmised that my husband, who had a vasectomy years ago,
could not be the father.

Now I must rethink that theory.

(off to ponder....)

12. She could have had his sperm harvested at the time of his death
and then used it to have this baby. I have to admit the thought did cross my mind well before she died, when the second man came forward to claim paternity.

15. At his age, would his sperm have been viable? It seems kind
of unlikely to me, although I'm certainly not an expert.

17. Tony Randall had a baby at 84 ...
I think men can father children without concern for their age, unlike women. If they could isolate a few active swimmers, then they could have used them to impregnant her. Perhaps they had already frozen some embryos somewhere while he was alive?

16. Good Lord, Barbaro had a more dignified demise than this poor woman.
Seriously, a young woman is dead, and now creeps are coming out of the woodwork to claim to have been the father of her baby daughter who stands to inherit a fortune while the media vultures hover desperately waiting for each drop of scandal.

While many here complained about the attention given by the media to Barbaro's sad ending, at least the horse died surrounded by decent people who seemed to have sincerely loved him and tried desperately to save his life. His owner, Gretchen Jackson, seems particularly determined to tamp down unseemly rumors that they harvested sperm or attempted to clone the horse. Things are just not done like that in her world.

Poor Anna Nicole Smith seems to have been a living train wreck in slow motion and no one seems to have cared enough to help her or to stand up call this media farce out for what it is.

18. I don't understand why everybody is claiming to be the baby's
father. You're all just delusional.

MY CAT is the baby's father!
