Good for Brian Lamb. A caller was reprimanding him for talking
about the MoveOn ad on Petreus, and Brian asked "Wgo was doing the most talking about the ad?" It was the Pubs in the Petreus hearing who first mentioned it! FOX NEWS was talking about it all week!

I have tro tell ya, I would have never even known about the ad if the stupid Pubs hadn't mentioned it during the hearing and the MEDIA picked up on it BECAUSE it was talked about during the hearing!

Why bitch about the coverage if YOU FOOLS were the ones who are promoting it!

5. This Had Gillespie's Hands All Over It
I'm hoping this is a swan song for the Mighty Wurlitzer.

This "outrage" was planned over last weekend. The ad was already posted on the MoveOn site and wasn't hard to find. Surely the RNC also knew the buy had been placed and had their talking points all set to roll Monday.

It was blast faxed to all the hate radio and talking heads, i'm sure scripts were sent to Congresscritters like Ros-Leiten...and it was amazing how everyone had the same bitch. But they did us a HUGE favor. From it, millions did see the ad and saw what it had to say. The GOOP PR surge this week failed miserably...even if boooosh gets his way in the House and Senate, this week all but tore the GOOP apart. We just haven't seen it yet. Yesterday booooshie not only told all next year GOOP candidates they'll have to run on their support of this unpopular war for profit (and it's not gonna get more popular by this time next year), but they'll like it. Mr 5% credibility just waterboarded a bunch of "moderates".

Now let's ask Brian to do a half hour call-in about Bob Perry and his 527s. But then don't hold your breath.

7. Yep, and the GOP was pissed because the ad was so effective
Cute little sound bite, easy to remember rhyme (Petraeus betray-us), and designed to appeal directly to the holdover primitive part of the brain that the GOP regards as its exclusive province. No wonder they flipped out.
