Remember Tucker Carlson claiming he beat up a gay man is a restroom?
Edited on Fri Sep-14-07 04:22 PM by TheUniverse
Here is a clip of it. http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=B996XPC2eD8 He has never apologized for it. It seems the media has forgotten about it. But we can't. We need to hold the media responsible. Contact MSNBC and demand he apologizes. Here is a list of email addresses. http://www.msnbc.msn.com/id/10285339/ Email them all. Or you could email Tucker@msnbc.com. It has been a few weeks and this story has passed by the media. But is it right for a news broadcaster to promote "knocking a gay guys head against the stall" in Tucker's words? I think not. I'm gonna email MSNBC. Please join me.

2. First of all, Carlson is obviously lying. Secondly, I've never met a gay guy in my life...
...who wouldn't like their chances going one on one with him in a ring, an octagon, or a dark alley, or anywhere. I believe my wife could kick his ass.

4. I think he is lying.

This sounds like something he said to make himself sound tough. He thought it would be manly to make up a story of beating up gay people. This just makes it worse and even more reason for Tucker to go.

10. I think you misunderstood... He's a "Roads" Scholar
He knows a lot about pavement. He's especially fascinated by those shiny things they put along the lane partitions.

8. Tucker "modified" the story
Edited on Fri Sep-14-07 04:51 PM by rocknation
First, Tucker said that a man once accosted in a bathroom. He escaped, but returned to the scene of the crime with a friend and "hit him against the stall with his head, and then the cops came and arrested him."

Then a few hours later, Tucker released a statement: "...(W)hile I was a high school student, a man physically grabbed me in a men’s room in Washington, DC. I yelled, pulled away from him and ran...a friend of mine and I returned to the men’s room. The man was still there...My friend and I seized the man and held him until a security guard arrived..."

If Tucker had struck his assailant on the spot, he'd have a legitimate claim of self-defense. And there's nothing wrong his running away--if the guy looked too big or dangerous to tussle with, that's smart, not cowardly. But since he did decide to run, he should have run directly to the police, not to "hire" some muscle. In my book, Tucker, that makes you a punk-assed wimp AND a wimp-assed punk!

:headbang:

11. When Don Imus made
a racist remark rest of the MSM ripped him apart, which was right. But when Tucker Carlson publicly admitted to pre-meditated gay bashing the MSM simply ignored it.

12. Actually I heard it wasn't a gay man.
He got disoriented from the fumes from the toilet bowl freshener and attacked the paper towel dispenser.
