Russian President Vladimir Putin Due In Tehran On October 16

Russian President Vladimir Putin is to attend the summit of the Caspian Sea littoral states, Iran's Foreign Minister Manouchehr Mottaki says.

Attending a session of Iran-Russia Joint Economic Commission in Moscow, Mottaki said President Putin would take part in the summit and meet senior Iranian officials.

--
Mottaki added that he would discuss "other bilateral and regional issues" with Kiriyenko during the visit.

2. Even a better time for Russian and Iran to enter into a mutual aid security pact.

Would the neocons not fill their panties if Putin declared any attack on Iran would be viewed as an attack on Russia?
