I think Mukasey's ties to Rudolph Giuliani are scary and the fact that he 100% supports the patriot act, but then again every person Bush picks is scary to me!
I don't think that the so called opposition party will give any opposition to this though so thats why I titled the post as so.
Mukasey gives a Giuliani "voice" to the justice department. Some "social conservatives" (the number one domestic enemy of the constitution) aren't too happy with Mukasey sighting an old decision of his about a Chinese imegre indicating to them that he doesn't support life, even if it means others must die.
