2. I'm sure the Republicans want to get rid of that pesky 1st Amendment.
After all, it just allows libruls the opportunity to speak their minds. And that just can't be tolerated in a loving, Christian, compassionate environment...

Mr. Cornyn ... the United States of America has a First Amendment that protects free speech. If you can't handle that, perhaps you would be more comfortable living in a country that doesn't have such protections.

7. the masses can't but then I didn't say they could
they can vote out those who refuse to stand up for the Constitution

doesn't make the Senate action any less an appeal to emotion to manipulate the masses(or an attack) ...and yes, I do count myself a part of the masses (the people)

I'm just not one of the masses that can be manipulated by this action
