I guess I haven't been keeping up, and cannot believe, if that is so, that this would actually be brought up

Then again, looking at the last seven years nothing surprises me

Constitutional ammendments to ban the burning of the flag, or marriage only between a man and a woman

barbara boxer wants to include the swiftboaters on john kerry and the max cleland ads.

26. They don't disagree with the ad. Disagreement implies a debate on merits of an argument.
They're not debating the facts of the MoveOn ad.

They're debating MoveOn.org's right to speak them.

6. I thought use of 'betrayus' in the ad made it ineffective, but I would not vote for this...
There is a difference between disagreeing with the use of the word 'Betrayus' in the ad, and condemning an organization that is right on the subject matter.

This is a shameful crass attempt by Repubs to hijack public opinion by disinformation and innuendo.

I hope a Democrat will say as much from the floor.
