2. Why censor yourself? Obscenity downgrades site rank in search engines.
Why fu*#*ing censor yourself?

Obscenity downgrades site rank in search engines.
Search engines do not read this = fu*#*ing + as obscenity!

Most search engine users have absolute zero chance of seeing a page if they search for a topic
and a page on the topic has an obscenity, because the default settings screen obscenity.
This is simply a fact those using obscenity on DU should be aware of, that is all.

Say what you wish, but do it knowing what the consequences of your actions are.

7. Interesting you would bring this up
This is the crux of an argument I've had many times with people who believe that the only definition that applies is the one mentioning official.

I held and still hold the opinion that of course it is equally objectionable for individual citizens to, through pressure or coercion, silence voices they don't like.

Of course many disagree with me.
