11. So... this article seems to be saying
that Sunnis are the natural ruling class in Iraq, because they have no ties to any other foreign country or nationality, other than Arab (and hence, their identity is best for creating a cohesive, independent nation-state). Ironic, because this was how it was before the US invaded Iraq and all the Americans were convinced the Sunnis were evil incarnate, oppressing the rest of the country, you know, they probably had rape rooms and torture chambers the same way that some people have BBQ cookouts.
