Tensions bubbling between U.S and Iran
http://feeds.bignewsnetwork.com/?sid=284399

The French and U.S presidents have demanded tough action over Ahmadinejad’s nuclear standoff.

U.S leader George Bush has warned he will not tolerate a nuclear-armed Iran and intends asking the Islamic Republic to bow to mounting global pressure when world leaders meet in Washington next week.
snip..
Sarkozy charged in a prime time television interview late Thursday that Iran was trying to obtain an atomic bomb.

French Foreign Minister Bernard Kouchner recently warned that a war with Iran was possible and put the emphasis on a diplomatic offensive.

If I was the French people I would be furious right now

2. I dunno, but Code Pick got on Bernard Kouchner's ass!! (in French)
Edited on Sat Sep-22-07 01:03 AM by KeepItReal

"The French Minister for the Foreign Affairs, Bernard Kouchner, under discussion with Medea Benjamin, founder of the anti-war group Codes Pink, Thursday September 20 in Washington."

Here's the article from Le Monde:

"In Washington, Mr. Kouchner promises not to more employ “the word which shocks”" (Thanks to Google Translate)

Personne n'a bougé. "

4. Lovian, you're heart seems like it's in the 'right place', BUT
stop being afraid of everything. Everything is not a 'crisis'.....you're always READY/POINTING towards the 'next foot to fall'...sometimes it does and most times it doesn't.

Don't be so afraid/on-watch (which is good, but).....enjoy a little bit while you live too!

Peace,
M_Y_H

7. Peace
:-)

It's what we all want, but what so few of us get/have. Why is that? What does that have to do with 'me' and how I am a participant/contributor/agitator/peace-maker in this world?
