I am taking time off from my veterans' board...

I changed my preferences so that I no longer received e-mail from the members of the group.

One of the guys posted a "quiz" that would tell you who your "dream candidate" for President is. After he posted his test results, he went on to mention that Thompson/Romney was his dream ticket with Giuliani as Attorney General. I got a sick feeling in my stomach and knew that I didn't want to be around these guys for awhile. I am sick of arguing with Kool-Aid drinkers who don't want to hear the truth. I've got better things to do with my time.

By the way, based on the quiz -- Kucinich is my "dream candidate."

I joined this forum not too long ago because there were so many reasonable people and opinions. Don't let a joker get you down. Jokers, flamers, baiter's,,,,, fact of internet life. These people are losers with no life.

They're to be ignored...... Like the bugs they are.

4. It is a forum for ex-Navy engineers.

More specific, guys who used to operate nuclear power plants for the Navy.

There are a couple of liberals on the board, but 95% of the guys are right wingers. Most of them are cool, but there are a couple that really get under my skin and don't want to hear the facts.

I have had it. I need a break.
