Anyone else if some how these two events will be connected

Does anyone remember about a month ago on the site there was an article about Martial Law exercises being schedule for Oct 15-20th?

Now my wife showed me this article today:

WASHINGTON (AP) � The nation is preparing for its biggest terrorism exercise ever later this month when three fictional "dirty bombs" go off and cripple transportation arteries in two major U.S. cities and Guam, according to a document obtained by The Associated Press.

Now how many of these cities might have both exercises performed there as a idea of what will happen IF BUSHCO was to try to pull something like a fake "attack" to gain control in a Martial Law coup.

3. I have given this some thought, lately.

If I was probing the feasability of proclaiming Martial Law, I would lull John Q.Public to drowsiness with repeated set-up drills.

Then, when it came time to drop the hammer, my people would be all over it by the time John Q. shook his wooly head and said, "Whu...?".

We are already living in a Nation of Chickenshits with no measurable attention span.
