Where are the bang your shoe on the Table Democrats!
Where are they!

Where are they!

Where is the fire in the belly? :bounce:

Where is the emotion?

All we hear is, "We don't have the votes to do anything."

So damn what!

Let's hear you make the Dean scream Nancy, Reid, Kerry, Maxine, Kennedy--- please.

Get mad, act crazy like a fox, make some creative statements.

Please no more, "Impeachment Is Off The Table."

Tell us what is ON the TABLE and make it real plain!

Fire us up cause we are mighty low in spirit and leaderless right now.

Has somebody threatened our leaders and we don't know about it?

Is it just me or do others feel this way?

What has happened to the strong voices----- Conyers, Rangel,Kerry,Hillary ~ yes Hillary, what has she really said lately that would change anything that the Bush Mob has put in place?
She was at her best with " A Vast Right Wing Conspiracy" that's the kind of talk we need to hear.

The winner for the week was President Carter, now that is what I'm talking about. Stand for something or stand for nothing.

Carter is my hero but we need more like him!

Get your shoes out Democrats and make us know you really care.

What has happened to the bang your shoe on the table Democrats!

6. Please say that isn't so ~

With all that Homeland Security that we are paying for,our leaders of both parties should be protected.

But ~~~~~~~~~

Kruschev banging his shoe, the Dean Scream and Hillary's VRWC have one thing in common...
they were all almost universally parodied. They were laughing stocks. Is that really what you want? (And nobody gimme the Ghandi quote about people laughing at you and then you winning, for God's sake).

But in any case, I do see your point. I'm deeply annoyed with our current crop of congresspeoples' apparent castration. Nobody seems to have an ounce of sand.

10. Yes ~ we have such smart leaders

and they have always been known for their ability to sway opinions with their passion.

I like Robert Byrd, when he starts shaking the little Constitution and speaking with such emotion and common sense, that makes me proud to be a Democrat.

What is happening now? Are they asleep when they should be wide awake?

Do they have their eyes wide shut?

21. :Oh wait
When I saw Nikita Sergeovic pull that stunt at the UN I had to agree with some of his political opponents, that he comes accross as a crude Russian Peasant. A well thoughtout intelligent speech, delivered by motivated orator is much more effective than cheap theatrics. Look at some of Byrd's or Kennedy's speeches.

We could be the bang-your-shoe-on-the-table Democrats, while they are the bang-your-shoe-in-the-bathroom-stall Republicans!

18. Kruschev is famous for banging his shoe on the table
I understand the emotional desire for outrageous public displays of frustration, but luckily, we elect adults who know better than to throw temper-tantrums.
