Also, owing to the huge snowstorm in many parts of the country the middle (or so) of next November (07) is going to be a busy day at the maternity wards in many of those northern hospitals.

There will be a good deal of . . . not-watching-tv these next few days in states in the path of this storm.

1. So, the idea is not to go for the soccer moms but for the preschool moms?

2. Wow -- you've got more hearts than anyone I've seen!
You must be very loved by people at DU. I know I sure enjoyed meeting you in DC and wish we had had more time to get to know each other. I hope things are getting better for you.

how generous they can be.

(But, go check out H20 Man! lol)

I'm good, Sharon. With all this support, I'm good. Whew.

I hope I get to see you again -- there's another action in March. Maybe we should rent a place in town because there's going to be a lot of movement until this war ends and Junior is held to account with the rest of his felons.

18. OC doesn't mind friendly hijackers ... wink, wink OC :)
I'm still going through my local Dems emails (been out of pocket for awhile), and saw a SE Virginia bus..march...Pentagon..March...was hoping that I guessed right. I'm seriously thinking of jumping on that bus, but not ready to herd DU Storm Troopers for that one...yet. I also have problems promoting ANSWER sponsored events, so I usually follow on those, rather than lead.

However....I'm getting ready to Bounce the YearlyKos07 UnConvention in Chicago, Aug 2-5 soon on DU. Much rather you save your pennies for that one: http://www.yearlykosconvention.org/about, so far, Tom Vilsack is a definite (heh, he responded that to me in his Kos live blog last week!!)

I will support anyone who starts a Pentagon thread :toast:

24. Only the faintest of clues, ok? When I visit my former city
in the Bay Area I am often seen at the Sukothai restaurant, enjoying a quiet, anonymous, and unbelievably delicious Thai meal. I often spend time in the Bay Area to volunteer for Barbara Boxer's campaigns.

Sukothai is really a great place. 9th and Irving, across from the Park.

Now that the trial appears to be about over, the folks from FDL should be moving out of Plame House soon. Maybe DU should take over their sub-lease.

10. I bet Howard Dean is way ahead of me on this. I figure he's just
sent out emails urging a 50-state Not-Watching-TV Bulletin to all Democrats.

Let's pad those polls for 18 years from now! It's politically productive, and pretty fun, too.

Go, Democrats.

17. And the election reform movement has put in infrastructure.
That's key, imho. They got away with stealing 2000 and 2004.

They will have a MUCH harder time stealing 2008 because too many really upset people have been doing a lot of great work.

19. Yes, absolutely. As Ken Blackwell and Katherine Harris discovered.
If any two Republicans should have enjoyed victories, it should have been those two, both of them experts at stealing victories from us.

And they both got clobbered. :dem:

There's going to be a real big shindig of a party in November 2008, and all the balloons are going to be blue.

sfexpat2000, lots of folks 'round these boards look forward to your posts. I'm one of 'em.

All good wishes.
