6. To answer your question....

...no. At the time Shitstain boarded, the METAR (Routine Aviation Weather Report) was the following: winds from the south at 7 knots, 5 statute miles of visibility, mist (but mist is not precipitation); sky conditions, a broken ceiling at 800 feet above the runway and an overcast layer at 1100 feet; temperature 23 degrees C (about 72 F) and dewpoint about the same; pressure was 29.81 inches of mercury and climbing, which means the front had little moisture due to the probable insertion of dry air from a dryline (see the graphic below).

Of course, Asswipe the pilot should know this stuff, but since he wasn't a pilot he didn't.

9. "Pres Bush unveiled his New Orleans 'sympathicationalization' program today(he carries an umbrella)"
Pres Bush has vowed to carry an umbrella wherever he goes as long as there is even one piece of Hurricane Katrina ravaged property remaining in New Orleans which has yet to be bulldozed and sold to the highest corporate bidder.

When pressed as to how this would improve the lives of New Orleans' citizens who are still waiting for assistance with their Hurricane ravaged homes, Pres Bush stated "It's hard... hard to help everyone at once, I mean we have to help these people by condemning their property and giving, no I mean, selling their properties to businesses and corporations who will rebuild New Orleans and make it even better than before. I like to call it my sympathicationalization program --heh, heh, I came up with that one on my own, which simply means I feel your pain, I care, and we are doing something to help"
