...commenting on the length of the Press Conference. Otherwise known as: 45 minutes. when I was a kid, you didn't say, it was 35 miles short of 300...you said 265 miles.

WTF is this...? People will remember "an hour"...it's just one more little lie added to all the other lies.

1. Exactly, by mentioning the HOUR the sheep will only remember that
not that it was 15 minutes short but the hour part.
That is part of the art of twisting your phrases to fit your lies
