Florida's Robert Wexler "doesn’t like suing other Dems"
I was glad to read this. It is from October 9, and I missed it. Glad to see him putting some perspective on the primary situation.

There are two lawsuits going against Dean and the DNC, and I am glad he is not taking part in them. The ones who filed the two suits say it is just the beginning. Glad someone is talking common sense.

Wexler doesn’t like suing other Dems

U.S. Rep. Robert Wexler, D-Delray Beach, isn’t shy about filing lawsuits. But he didn’t join Democratic U.S. Sen. Bill Nelson’s recent litigation against the Democratic National Committee over Florida’s Jan. 29 presidential primary because “I did not go to Washington to sue Democrats.”

Speaking this afternoon to a town-hall-style gathering of more than 400 organized by the Delray Beach-based Citizens For Social Responsibility, Wexler said he thinks the controversy over the Jan. 29 primary is overblown.

“I honestly don’t understand what the commotion is all about,” Wexler said. Even if the national party doesn’t recognize Florida’s delegates, Wexler said the candidate that wins in Florida will get “an enormous boost” from the primary and likely go on to win the Democratic nomination. The nominee will then recognize Florida’s delegates, Wexler predicted.

Here is more about Bill Nelson's lawsuit.

Bill Nelson today will file a bill for regional primaries...but first he had to get your attention

Here is more about the other lawsuit.

Here is one that just might get filed against the 1st four states.

IA, NH, NV, SC may get sued by Florida for "conspiracy to intimidate the presidential candidates

So with all the lawsuits being talked about it is nice to someone is NOT going to sue. Thanks for Wexler for that.

6. From Sibel Edmonds

Included in ATC’s management, board of directors, and advisors; in addition to Turkish individuals of ‘interest;’ is a dizzying array of U.S. individuals. The ATC is led by Ret. General Brent Scowcroft, who serves as Chairman of the Board; George Perlman of Lockheed Martin, the Executive Vice President; other board members include: Former National Security Advisor Sandy Berger, Ret. General Elmer Pendleton, Ret. General Joseph Ralston, Ret. Col. Preston Hughes, Alan Colegrove of Northrop Grumman, Frank Carlucci of Carlyle Group, Christine Vick of Cohen Group, Representative Robert Wexler, Former Rep. Ed Whitfield…Basically many formers; statesmen, ‘dime a dozen generals,’ and representatives

2. Wexler seems a decent sort. I agree that a Florida win will be
a strong indicator of the nominee. MKJ
