Good Ole Lou is banging the drum loudly against the drivers' license issue, and yesterday he said that Spitzer did NOT issue an executive order..he rescinded one that was in place..

So did Pataky set up the anti- order? and when?

If I'm not crazy, didn't the "I-REFUSE-TO-CARRY-PROOF-OF-CITIZENSHIP-IDs" crowd go ballistic when he originally did that?

By issuing that order, Pataky basically put the decision about citizenship into the hands of the DMV workers..or did they only ask for ID from the "dark ones" with "accents"? If they did not demand proof of legality from blonde-haired MaryBeth, too..then I can see why Spitzer did what he did..
