5. That sounds about right to me.
Historically speaking, it's just amazing how the US has such a gigantic financial advantage over its global rivals, and how it's completely frittering that advantage away because of both American and Iraqi corruption, which seems to set new standards for inefficiency and waste. I mean, maybe there's been places that have been as bad historically, but I don't know how you even begin to properly compare.
