My point was that there are people who would argue your contention that the current administration is not winning over the Constitution.

Against two wannabe dictators who have their own mercs, religious fanatics in the command structure of the military, law enforcement officials at all levels who happen to love the power that's been handed to them, a military that will follow orders because they've been trained to do what they are told, judges who seem to endorse the violation of said document by promoting the use of torture as being something that the president can order without being questioned about it, and politicians and corporate heads who enjoy the money they've been making off of the misery of those who were sent to their deaths with a silly belief that they were defending that 200 year old document you speak of.

At this point my money's on the two wannabe dictators.
