Chris Dodd Just Moved Up A Few Notches On My Electability Scale
Dodd just gave a speech on the Senate floor in which he said he will block the FISA bill from moving out of committee and if unsuccessful at that will filibuster it before the full Senate. I believe his threat of action was dependent on the immunity provision remaining in the bill. If immunity stays he will stop the bill one way or the other. He said he's had enough. Its about time someone did.

so at the very least it may toughen the resolve of some of the "front-runners"

9. I like him, too. I am not sure exactly what it is about him, but I do.
He seems very sincere and honest. He doesn't seem like he could be bought - maybe that's it...

He's done some things that have pissed me off, but for the most part, I really like what he's done and what he stands for.
