A BILLINGHAM man has spoken of his disgust after he came face to face in court with the yob who urinated on his disabled sister as she lay dying in the street.

Anthony Anderson faces jail after he appeared before magistrates to plead guilty to a charge of outraging public decency.

The court heard how he threw a basin of water over Christine Lakinski, 50, covered her body in shaving foam and urinated on her while she lay collapsed in a doorway.

The attack was also recorded on a mobile phone, the court was told.

Today, Miss Lakinski’s brother Mark, pictured below, who was present at Hartlepool Magistrates Court yesterday, told the Gazette: “It’s such a shocking thing to happen and the family are still stunned. This man lived on the same street as her, so it’s not as if she was a stranger. She was a neighbour.

That's a horrific monstrosity--all those people, and not one of them had the guts or decency to stop him and get her help? Pancreatic failure is hideously painful (probably why she passed out), and a horrible way to die.

in that a perceived act of public humiliation is broadcast for public enjoyment. That's not how I see it, it's just that the same mechanisms are at work. Stark's apology was named an act of public humiliation...in this case, it seems the perpetrator thought of his utube potential in committing an act of public humiliation.

In both cases, I think it is more a shameful demonstration of lack of decorum. It doesn't matter who's wearing the designer dress. I don't know if Pelosi's hand is being forced, or not, but the result is the same. Disgusting actions underlying the glee in presenting perceived public humiliation.
