Likewise Obama supporters - if Hilary got the nom would you vote for her in the general election?

Just wondering if once again, we plan on snatching defeat from the jaws of victory...

I really like all three of the leading candidates, but right now am leaning more towards Hillary simply because she'd be a giant fuck-you to the right wing. But, I'd have no trouble enthusiastically supporting Obama, Edwards, or Gore.

8. Hillary winning would drive them TOTALLY off the deep end
Hillary winning would finally send them COMPLETELY insane.

5. I'm voting for the nominee no matter who it is. Kucinich is more a match for me
but I don't think he'll get it so...whomever. I'll vote for any Dem with pride.

After BFFE any Dem would be a blessing.

I am a Edwards supporter but would have no problem voting for Obama in the General.

16. I don't know.I would "try". I have always voted for the nominee, but this instance
would be, if she is the nominee, the only time I would find it distasteful. I hope I am not in this position. That is why I say "I will "try" to vote for her.I would have to justify it to myself somehow.

32. I have deep reservations about Senator Obama....however....
IF he should become our nominee, without hesitation I'd vote for him.

Why? Because the alternative is just TOO scary....the 2008 election is going to be one of the most important elections in history, probably somewhat on par with the 1933 election between FDR and Herbert Hoover, but for obviously radically different reasons.

My reservations about Senator Obama's experience, about his naivity, about his somewhat hamfisted campaign decisions, about the crowd he's been hanging out with, such as the Homophobic gay preacherman ALL have me rather troubled about him....but in the final analysis....IF Senator Obama should become our nominee, I'd vote for him, because it's important to keep the Neo-Conservatives from putting another Puppet in the WH.

Maybe you should think of what I've just written....that might help you justify to yourself voting for Senator Clinton and it might help you realise how important the 2008 election is and WHAT'S at stake in it.

:)

19. I have been holding my nose and unenthusiastically voting DEM
ever since I have been old enough to vote. I would rather take a bullet to the head than vote GOP and third parties don't work the way our system is set up so there you have it. I am too left for the DEM party. this discussion board seems filled with wingnuts and bigots to me, that is how left I am :D

Yea, I have some issues with Obama, but he's better than any Repuke.

I have MAJOR issues with Clinton, but I DID manage to come up with a reason to vote for her, if necessary:

SUPREME COURT.
