Remember the women who protested the rape of Ellen James by having their tongues cut off? Sorry, couldn't help but think of that with respect to this story.

look at history. There was the Sutcliff Ripper in England, last year. In Canada there are two high profile cases before the courts, Robert Pickton and Thomas Svekla, with a third Serial Killer in Edmonton responsible for at least 11 murders. These women need a safe place to ply there trad or to have solicitation decriminalized all together. I really p*sses me off that people seem to think that it is a joke. That these women are somehow second class citizens. I lost two friends on the Pickton farm in BC.

Things will never change until attitudes change. t\This is not a laughing matter for these women. They have been mistreated for far to long.
