The invasion of Iran would be much more efficient if left to the private sector. Since Junior thinks it's such a great idea, let him resign and collect up all his pals who agree with him. They could take their shotguns or whatever they want and personally invade Iran. I'm pretty sure Australian Prime Minister John Howard would jump at the chance. Doug Feith could go over and check everything out so they would know exactly what to expect when they get there. Lord Vader could kill all the old lawyers who dare resist. I can just see them all trying to elbow their way to the front so they can be in the first wave to assault this Axis of Evil regime's border defenses.

Any of our military who want to join them could be permitted to resign and do so. But please leave your Abrams tank where it is, thank you very much. Government property, you know. Of course, these volunteers would come up with their own private money to support the invasion.

Everybody knows big government is bad, so let's not ruin this brave new initiative with any government funding. With all the efficiencies just waiting to be exploited in the private sector, this mission will almost accomplish its self!

2. Junior's got a half billion in his post-2008 propaganda foundation
That money's just waiting to be used. And he could chip in everything he got from selling his Harkin Oil Company stock just before Iraq invaded Kuwait. I know he wouldn't mind because he talks about sacrifice all the time.

Happy Valentine's Day + 1, salin.
