25. Clinton exposed as wishy-washy
On issue after issue. She can't be clear on anything, from Iran to SS to something as simple as immigrant drivers' licenses.

30. Dodd and Biden did better than usual.
Clinton did well with all the piling on.
Obama wasn't doing too well but aced it with his answer on the people on earth question.
Kuchinich did better than all, as usual.
Edwards is my favorite, so I would say he finished at the top.

4. Biden and Kooch
Biden sounded like the wisest person on the stage. Kooch hung in even as the 'moderators' consistently ignored him, even when he answered.

is going to destroy any minor chances he could have had.

15. The biggest loser is the American public....
The way these debates are structured vividly illustrates how un-democratic the election process is in these United States.

17. On the voting it shows the winners as Obama and Kucinich. the losers as
Hillary and Richardson
however, the media is spinning furiously to try to save Hillary and make her look good.

19. Clinton got caught changing her position in front of the same audience.
Edited on Tue Oct-30-07 10:25 PM by AndyA
It was bound to happen. Normally, she does it in different cities, at different times, in front of different people, so she always has the chance to clarify or wriggle out of a bad spot, but tonight she screwed up.

A vote for Hillary is a vote to continue the abusive government we've suffered with for years.

Edwards was honest and straight forward. He didn't say what he thought people wanted to hear, he told the truth.

I was impressed with Biden tonight - one of his better debates.

Dodd was good as well.

Obama, won't get my vote no matter what until he comes clean on the anti-gay thing. I can't stand hypocrites.

Kucinich just doesn't get much of a chance, although I'm glad he spoke up repeatedly on impeachment.

Richardson has lost me completely, he has some good ideas but I'm tired of the "good ole boy" schtick after 7 years of Bush.

20. Hillary had the most to lose and she had a huge gaffe; DK blew the UFO question but Obama
picked it up nicely; Biden did well but not enough to make him a real contender.

Saw Gretzky score five goals in one game, but "noun, verb and 9/11" is one of the best shots I have ever witnessed.

27. Biden reinforced my support of him. Think about it. EVERYONE
ELSE was "very careful", and "used cautioned words" except Dennis of course. But NOT JOE! He wasn't derogatory to any of the other Dems, but said it like it is! I loved his synopsis of Rudy! I honestly believe HE would make the BEST President!

28. Winner - Edwards... Loser - Clinton
She took some hits tonight, no doubt, and this was the worst she's looked to me out of the four debates I've watched.I felt she easily won the first two, and was strong in the third, but this was a tough night for her. Many of her answers were just plain old bad.I was surprised because she's normally excellent in these things.

Biden gets bonus points for his Rudy putdown.
