er.... Tim Russert subtley corrects Brian. "A Democrat to the Bone" are the words Russert uses.

5. After his slip (which he didn't acknowledge) and after Webb's
speech, he was really quite forceful in his positive statements per Webb. Interesting (I suspect a thumb in the wind, response.) Or maybe he was really moved by the Katrina tragedy (as his reporting indicated) - He specifically addressed that Webb focused on Katrina - and Bush didn't mention it ONCE in his speech.
