Will Waxman Investigate Ranking Member Davis for Shaking Down Contractors for Wife's Campaign?

Tom Davis and his wife have reportedly shaken down Federal contractors - using data in the Federal Central Contractor Registration database - to contribute to her tight re-election campaign for State Senate in Virginia:

Will Chairman Waxman and his crack investigative staff look into the alleged misuse the Davises have made of this database, and - if so - will Davis be forced to recuse himself from the committee's activities while it's under investigation? (Davis has been a real thorn in the side for Waxman, and a reliable apologist for Halliburton, KBR, Blackwater, and other Bush-connected contractors.)

Here is the "privileged" search feature that "authorized" Government officials have (that's supposed to be procurement officials, not the Davis family for their campaign mailings): http://www.ccr.gov/data.aspx

Last election, Democratic Contender Andy Hurst won 44% of the vote with no name and no money! This district is bound to go blue in the next election. Davis is in trouble.
