Writers' strike may be good news for Hollwood North(aka Vancouver)
VANCOUVER -- The Trailer Park Boys may be Canada's most famous foul-mouths, but the suits at the U.S. networks have long preferred to keep their airwaves unsullied by the Boys' "Liquor and Whores" ditties.

But as the 12,000 thousand members of the Writers Guild of America hit picket lines on Monday in what some are suggesting will be a lengthy strike, the show's executive producer saw the first potential glimpse of a long-sought crack at the U.S. TV lineup for his wildly popular characters.

1. Ummm, TPB is filmed in Halifax, Nova Scotia, not Vancouver.
Anyhoo, unless it's aired on HBO, or cable there's no way Trailer Park Boys is ever gonna get shown here.

Still, it's one of my favorite shows. Google Video was my friend back when I had high speed internet.
