8. I thought so too, but apparently he gets quite a bit more time, as
does Susan Davis (D-CA). I saw her ask earlier how much time each side had remaining, and she was told she and Buyer each had over an hour left. :shrug:

9. they control the time, then they can yield it as they see fit
Some many come forward with only 3 minutes of prepared remarks, others might get involved, like Ryan, and as long as the person controlling the time yields more time, they can keep talking.
