any other series of initials - just us. We decide. Real people. And right now we are being sold a bill of goods and we know it - instinctively as a society.

The pundits better shut up - now - this is none of their business. It is our business.

Funny flash - can you imagine Chris Matthews dunked in tar and then feathered - he'd look like a big turkey - which in fact he is.

Look - I think Gore is the best choice, I do - but what I really want is someone who can just lead the country out of this unbelievable mess - and that is a very tall order. In fact - it may be impossible. And I know - if it isn't the smartest boy in the room - we don't have a prayer. And he is the smartest boy in the room - and we have a year to get this done.
