I'm not sure I'd vote for any of our prez candidates.

:puke:

Candidate groupies: can we try to make it positive, just for a little while?

3. frankly Kucinich is the ONLY one I can vote for...
...primarily because he is so different from the rest of the pack. I've been voting democratic since Jimmy Carter ran for president, and I've come to the conclusion that one of the worst problems with the democratic party is their inability to select candidates with real alternative visions for America, and their consequent inability to frame alternative visions during presidential campaigns. Every one of the current dem candidates other than Kucinich is just another flavor of the same old same old failed political paradigm. And Americans will undoubtedly elect one of them to continue the disaster.

5. As I said yesterday, it's not so much about positive or negative.
It's about a lack of substance and context. Most of the barbs tossed at various candidates are about very little, yet, with level of emotional exuberance and outcry, you'd think one candidate or another had endorsed continuing the policies of Bushco, if not the policies of some well known historical dictator or another.

It's just plain thoughtless and immature. DU should be better than that.

7. Exactly. there are legitimate faults sith all of them, even the sainted
Senator Gore. But bringing up a legitimate concern (for instance, the failure of the sanatorials to vote on Mukasey, or the votes good or bad on Kyl/Lieberman), gets labeled as bashing.

I'm undecided and I thought I'd go there for a little while today but after seeing what I saw, no thank you. If I needed that kind of talk, I'd watch the motormouths on teevee.

At least they all worship the same devil.
