have you been tasered?

i have, it's awful.

some kids in high school had one and thought it would be funny to use it on me. they said batteries were low. could've fooled me -- it hurt like a motherf*%$er!

the thought of cops and average citizens running around we these things frightens me.

A Taser shoots a projectile that is connected by wires back to the firing device.

but if i had to guess, it was probably a stun gun -- i don't remember any projectiles.

i will say too that i have come in contact with electricity and this was NOTHING like it -- this felt like a small razor blade slicing back and forth on my arm repeatedly. like i said, awful.

You would certainly remember it if you were hit by one.

110 volts is nothing like 500,000 volts.

But, I accidentally brushed against an electric fence once when I was a kid. I've been terrified of the prospect of ever coming into any contact with electricity ever since. I sincerely hope I'm never tasered for any reason.

I can understand how that will take the fight out of most people. I got it in 1 eye and I was blinded for about 15 minutes until I got it washed out.
